- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team of educators.
- Drive educational excellence through the My Time, Our Place Framework.
- Lead continuous quality improvement and Assessment and Rating readiness.
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools and the wider community.
- Develop your leadership career within a growing, values-driven not-for-profit organisation.

- Opportunities for career growth and internal progression
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced and confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care while building strong teams and positive community partnerships.
- Leadership and educational expertise – At least two years' leadership experience within an education and care service, with demonstrated success leading teams, mentoring educators, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving high-quality, play-based programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
- Strong sector knowledge – Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, Assessment and Rating processes, Quality Improvement Plans and child safe practices.
- Operational capability – Experience managing rosters, budgets, compliance, administration and the day-to-day operation of a service while supporting sustainable, high-quality service delivery.
- Professional skills and mandatory requirements – Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills, current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, approved Child Protection training, a paid employee Working With Children Check, an unrestricted NSW Driver Licence, and the ability to undertake the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader.
