Join our Client Experience, Marketing & Communications team in this 12 month parental leave opportunity, helping tell the stories that connect people with support and services across our communities.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a marketer with practical experience who is ready to contribute from day one. You’ll support marketing activity across a wide range of services, including Aged Care and Early Childhood Education, with a strong focus on content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing, social media, events, stakeholder support, brand consistency and the day-to-day administration that helps the team deliver well.
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings sound marketing experience, strong creative and writing skills and the confidence to manage multiple pieces of work in a busy service-based environment. This role also suits someone who is comfortable with the important administration and coordination tasks that keep marketing work organised, accurate and on track.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing, communications, digital marketing or campaign coordination role, ideally in a service-based, community, education, health, aged care or not-for-profit environment
- Strong copywriting, editing and content creation skills across digital, social, email, web and campaign channels
- Confidence using marketing and digital tools such as social media platforms, email marketing systems, content management systems, Canva, analytics tools or similar technologies
- Strong administration and coordination skills, including maintaining marketing records, supporting team workflows, tracking requests, preparing materials and following up actions
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to coordinate deadlines, manage competing priorities and work confidently with internal stakeholders.
- The ability to balance creativity with accuracy, brand alignment and attention to detail.
