We are looking for two (2) passionate individuals to join our Fostering Futures team. The Case Manager provides quality case management, supporting children and foster carers on a long-term pathway. Advocating services to children and young people (aged 0-18 years) who live in foster care or respite care throughout the Macarthur region.
These are permanent full-time positions based at our head office in Campbelltown, working 38 hours per week. Travel will be required for these roles. We are offering a hybrid work model, with a few days at the office and the rest working from home.
The salary range for this position is between $41.52/hour - $44.68/hour + superannuation.

Our requirements to provide care
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare, Behavioral or Social Sciences or other relevant discipline.
- Sound knowledge of child and adolescent development, parenting practices, effects of family violence, trauma, abuse and neglect.
- Previous experience in providing high quality advocacy, support and case management services for clients with a focus on out of home care and permanency pathways
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of child protection and out of home care policy, legislation, and standards
- Training and or experience in Restoration
- Knowledge, skills and experience conducting psycho-social assessments of clients' needs and developing and achieving care plan goals.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills and experience effectively managing face to face client work, administrative duties and crises in an ever-changing environment.
- A current Driver's Licence
- A current NCHRC Check
