Your Role as an OSHC Coordinator
As the School-Aged Education & Care (OSHC) Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering high-quality care and educational experiences to school-aged children. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging programs that cater to diverse interests and developmental stages, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, while managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the education or childcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in child care and education.
