As the OSHC Coordinator for our Fairy Meadow-based service, you will bring your expertise to oversee an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a positive impact for children and their families which in turn provides the foundational skills they need for success later in life.
In this role, you will have the trust, support, encouragement, and learning opportunities needed to develop and grow as a professional Educator. We are a progressive, welcoming, and inclusive workplace that values its staff.
As the OSHC Coordinator, you will be flexible in assisting in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of programs across the OSHC Service.
This is a full-time (parental leave) position, working 38 hours per week. The salary range is $39.00 - $44.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. If you elect to opt-in to the ECEC Worker Retention Payment, your rate of pay increases to $42.00 - $47.00 per hour.
