Your Role as an OSHC Coordinator
As the School-Aged Education & Care (OSHC) Coordinator, you will take the lead in developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
You will have the opportunity to mentor and guide a passionate team, promoting best practices in education and care. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a culture that values creativity, respect, and collaboration.
