Your Impactful Role Awaits!

  • Assist Case Managers in planning and documenting quality case management for children and youth.
  • Coordinate referrals, appointments, and home visits to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Engage in family finding activities to promote stable placements for children.
  • Provide administrative assistance with day-to-day team priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of case plans.
  • Support the documentation process to maintain accurate case records.
  • Build relationships with foster carers and families to foster a supportive environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Possess a minimum Certificate III qualification or relevant tertiary qualification in community services, social work, or related fields.
  • Have a solid understanding of child development, trauma, and the impact of family dynamics.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of child protection policies and out-of-home care standards.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Show experience working with marginalized individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Be open to feedback and eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Possess excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Hold a valid NSW Driver's License and Working with Children clearance.
