Holy Spirit College is a Catholic co-educational Years 7-12 college within the Diocese of Rockhampton, with an enrolment in 2023 of nearly 1200 students. Your Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Holy Spirit College, in the position of Campus Minister. This is a term-time continuing position, commencing January 2025.
The Campus Minister is dedicated to nurturing the pastoral and spiritual well-being of the entire college community. This role works closely with the Assistant Principal: Mission, the Leadership Team, the Parish Priest, Religious Education Teachers, and Year Level Deans.

About you
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:
- Tolerance, maturity, patience and a capacity for self-organisation.
- An ability to respond and adapt whilst operating in an environment which is often demanding and busy
- Effective communication skills in order to speak with staff, students, parents, and visitors to the College
- A capacity for tact and discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
