Your Role
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and enthusiastic persons for this term-time position of Administration Officer. This is a term-time continuing position for 38hpw, commencing from January 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Administration Officer is a key role in our school office, providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families as well as supporting students, staff and the school leadership team in a variety of ways. Outstanding interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and effective organisational and technological capabilities are pre-requisites of the successful applicant.
The Administration Officer will provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support which enables the maintenance of efficient administration systems which serve the educational function of the school.

About you
The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications and/or experience and an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.

- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
