Your Role
Sacred Heart, Yeppoon are seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Tuckshop Coordinator. This is a term-time continuing position for 16hpw, commencing from 21 July 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Tuckshop Coordinator will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the school tuckshop service by providing a high level of food hygiene and customer service. They will ensure that a high standard of safety applies to all facilities and that all duties are completed to an acceptable standard as determined by the principal and school administration. The Tuckshop Coordinator will be responsible for organising the menu, updating the ordering app, ordering supplies and the rostering of volunteers in the tuckshop.
About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills and well developed interpersonal skills.
A Food Safety Certificate or the willingness to obtain one would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
