Salary Range: $43.67 - $62.90 (pending experience)

What we are looking for:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applications for the position of Kindergarten Teacher at St Brigid's Catholic Kindergarten, Emerald. This is a part-time position, for 20.25hpw (5 day fortnight), commencing from January 2026.

- Relevant tertiary qualification (or eligible to graduate)
- Appropriate qualities, knowledge and skills to provide a relevant and holistic education

About us
St Brigid's Catholic Kindergarten, Emerald was established in 2013 and operates a five day fortnight with a current enrolment of 22 children.
Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- The ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration and/or relevant ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teacher Qualification
- Hold one of the following Child Protection competencies or willing to obtain:
- CHCPRT025—Identify and report children and young people at risk
- CHCPRT001—Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
- CHCPRT026—Support the rights and safety of children and young people
- CHCPRT002—Support the rights and safety of children and young people
- CHCECE057—Use collaborative practices to uphold child protection principles
- Australian work rights
