Your Role
Holy Spirit College is seeking an organised, professional, and proactive individual to join the College as Office Manager. This is a full-time continuing position for 38 hpw for commencement as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Office Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the College office and supporting the effective administration of the College. Working closely with the Principal, Leadership Team and Catholic Education Office, this position provides advice and guidance on office operations, staffing processes, workforce administration, compliance requirements and system improvements. The role also coordinates and supervises office and support staff, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, and a welcoming and professional environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.
This position requires a highly organised and motivated individual who can manage competing priorities, exercise initiative and judgement, and lead operational processes that support the smooth running of a busy college environment and contribute to positive outcomes for young people.

About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the values of Catholic education. In addition, you will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the College community. You will demonstrate strong administrative and leadership capabilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in a range of computer systems and applications.
Experience in office management, administration, human resources, staff supervision, or a similar role is desirable.

- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
