Your Role
Holy Spirit College is seeking an organised, professional, and proactive individual to join the College as Principal's Assistant. This is a term-time continuing position for 38 hpw for commencement on 14 January 2027.
The Principal's Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Principal and Senior Leadership Team through the provision of professional executive, administrative and organisational support. Acting as a key point of liaison for staff, families, Board members and external stakeholders, the role requires the exercise of discretion, sound judgement and professionalism in managing confidential information, coordinating key activities and supporting the effective operation of the College. This role is integral to fostering positive relationships, facilitating effective communication and supporting a connected and thriving College community where young people can flourish.

About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the values of Catholic education. In addition, you will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the College community. You will demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in a range of computer systems and applications.
Experience in office management, executive administration or a similar role is desirable.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
