Central Highlands Region Council has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Operator / Street Sweeper to join their team based in Blackwater. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Councils public spaces in the region as well as at times will be required to travel to rural areas.
In this busy role, you will support the organisation by:
- Ensure the safe and competent operation and maintenance of a Street Sweeper
- Undertake regular maintenance checks on the Street Sweeper and/or associated plant.
- Work according to safe work procedures and undertake necessary training to ensure regulatory compliance is met and zero harm is achieved.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
- Current Queensland Medium Rigid Vehicle Licence.
- General Construction Induction Card.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a Street Sweeper.
