In this role, you will support the recruitment team by:

  • Advertising job vacancies on various website and social media platforms
  • Preparing and executing a range of documentation including employment contracts
  • Contacting candidates to guide them through various stages of the recruitment process
  • Conducting detailed reference checks
  • Coordinating pre-employment and onboarding requirements
  • Effective document management and recording keeping
  • Completing accounts payable functions including raising purchase orders, receipting goods, processing invoices and credit card reconciliation

To be considered for this Recruitment Support Officer position, you’ll need to possess:

  • Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail whilst working to deadlines in a high volume environment
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases and cloud-based web platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative.
  • High standard of oral and written communication skills that are clear, concise and professional.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Capable of searching and utilizing a wide range of social media platforms.
  • Minimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers licence.
