Remuneration: Stream A Sup, Level 5 - $101,937.88 - $105,633.45 per annum + superannuation
Are you an experienced and motivated workshop professional looking to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re seeking expressions of interest for the role of Supervisor Workshops across the Central Highlands Region.
In these key positions, you’ll lead a skilled team responsible for the maintenance and servicing of Council’s plant, fleet and equipment. You’ll ensure that all workshop operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard supporting the delivery of essential services to our community.
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting, Mechanic and or Engineering Trade
- Competent in operation various types of equipment i.e. trucks, road trains, constructional type and agricultural type equipment for the purpose of test and function

Substantial knowledge and demonstrated experience in supervising fleet maintenance and workshop operations

A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
