Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking an administrator who is proactive, communicates effectively and exemplifies quality in their work to join the team as a Plant and Vehicle Officer. This diverse role is responsible for providing fleet management services by collating data, maintaining records and completing general administration functions.
Join our team and play a key role in supporting Council’s plant and fleet operations.
We understand the need for balance. Flexible hours are available, including part-time or school-hours arrangements, depending on the needs of the role and the successful applicant.
You will provide high level support by:
- Completing support functions including sourcing quotes, raising purchase orders, receipting goods and reconciling
- Monitoring and actioning shared email inbox
- Data entry and record keeping
- Creating and maintaining registers
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
- Minimum of Queensland C class provisional driver's license.
- Competent in components of the Microsoft Office Suite.
