Remuneration: Stream A, Level 3 - 4: $96,765.51 - $110,927.30 per annum inclusive of superannuation & locality allowance (5% increase from July 2026)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a supervisor to join the customer service team in Emerald.
In this role you will supervise the day-to-day operations, delegate and monitor workloads, be an escalation point for complex customer enquiries and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service from the well-established team.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high performing team with a customer service focus
- Well-developed time management, task prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to meet stringent and competing timelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage up, identify potential issues, problem solve and remain outcome focused
- Well-developed computer skills and demonstrated experience with corporate software and Microsoft application
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Minimum of a Queensland C Class Provisional Drivers Licence
