Expression of Interest – Experienced Housing Officers and Skilled Administrators with a Passion for Property Services. Flexible working hours may be considered for the right candidates.
We’re inviting expressions of interest from professionals for the below positions.
- Commercial Property Officer (Fulltime maximum term until October 2026)
Play a key role in supporting Council’s land management responsibilities. In this position, you will oversee a broad range of land tenure functions, including the leasing and licensing of Council‑owned and controlled land, commercial lease management, and the accurate compilation and ongoing maintenance of Council’s lease register across both freehold and trusteeship portfolios. - Commercial Property Support Officer (Fulltime permanent)
