Central Highlands Regional Council is dedicated to developing their people, as a result we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer who is customer focused and proactive to join the team based in Emerald.  In this role you will undertake a range of customer service, administration and operational functions associated with the day to day running of the Emerald office.

In this role, you daily tasks will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service whilst assisting with a wide range of enquiries
  • Undertake financial transactions, cash handling, receipting and banking processes
  • Receiving customer request and delegating to relevant internal parties for actioning
  • Completing a diverse range of administration tasks

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • A vibrant and dedicated approach to customer service
  • Previous administration experience
  • Great time management skills whilst juggle competing priorities
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to answer and respond to high call volumes
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence
