Central Highlands Regional Council is dedicated to developing their people, as a result we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer who is customer focused and proactive to join the team based in Emerald. In this role you will undertake a range of customer service, administration and operational functions associated with the day to day running of the Emerald office.

In this role, you daily tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service whilst assisting with a wide range of enquiries
- Undertake financial transactions, cash handling, receipting and banking processes
- Receiving customer request and delegating to relevant internal parties for actioning
- Completing a diverse range of administration tasks
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- A vibrant and dedicated approach to customer service
- Previous administration experience
- Great time management skills whilst juggle competing priorities
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to answer and respond to high call volumes
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
