Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking labourers & operators for the Maintenance Rural Crew;
Roles include:
- Labourers
- Roller
- Water Truck

As a member of council’s Infrastructure and Utilities team, these positions are responsible for performing a range of labouring duties and small plant operation tasks, to assist in the completion and maintenance of road and town facilities.
Working with Central Highlands Regional Council there are opportunities to enhance your career with the potential to upskill qualifications, licences and plant tickets.
You will also have additional earning potential when overtime work is available.
These roles primarly works in the Springsure, Rolleston and Bauhinia region with camp accommodation available.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
- Willingness to work on rural job sites which will involve staying in a camp environment when required
- A positive and flexible approach towards a range of operating and labouring tasks
- Construction White Card
- Current Queensland Class C Licence (minimum)
- Statement of Attainment or Ticket for relevant plant and machinery
- Experience in a similar role in a civil construction setting
