Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking an administrator who is proactive, communicates effectively and exemplifies quality in their work to join the team as a Plant and Vehicle Officer. This diverse role is responsible for providing fleet management services by collating data, maintaining records and completing general administration functions.
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional who has the proven ability to multi-task. You will also have an exceptional eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
You will provide high level support by:
- Completing support functions including sourcing quotes, raising purchase orders, receipting goods and reconciling
- Monitoring and actioning shared email inbox
- Data entry and record keeping
- Creating and maintaining registers
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
- Minimum of Queensland C class provisional driver's license.
- Competent in components of the Microsoft Office Suite.
