Are you an experienced grader operator looking for a role with a great work life balance?
Central Highlands Regional Council is currently seeking a Grader Operator to join the Duaringa Maintanance Rural Crew. This role is you will be required to undertake plant operation and laboring duties to assist in the maintenance of road and town facilities across the Central Highlands region.
In this role you will be a valued member of a well-established team and have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills within a supportive environment.
If you are a skilled Grader operator with experience in civil construction we want to hear from you!
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated experience in grader operation in a road construction and/or maintenance environment
- Willingness to work on rural job sites which will involve staying in a camp environment when required
- Previous experience working in the civil construction industry
- Current Queensland Class HR Drivers Licence
- Statement of Attainment or Ticket for Grader Operations
- Roller Operations statement of attainment or ticket (or ability to obtain).
- Construction White Card
Having the following licences/tickets are not essential, but would be beneficial:
- Statement of Attainment or tickets for various construction plant equipment
- Heavy Combination or Multi-combination Vehicle Licence
- Traffic Controller Ticket
- Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
