Central Highlands Regional Council is focused on continuous improvement and investing in its people as a result we are looking for a recruitment officer to join the team on a 7 month contract.
To be considered for this Recruitment Officer position, you’ll need to possess:
- Proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment whilst providing exceptional customer service in an advisory capacity.
- An ability to deliver advice or solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence in establishing your credibility with others
- Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations in a professional manner
- Able to interpret, analyse and understand technical or legislative information
- Intermediate software and cloud based system skills
- Exceptional attention to detail whilst working to deadlines in a high volume environment
- Minimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers’ licence.
