Remuneration: Stream A, Level 3 - 4: $75,333.96 - $86,576.99 + Superannuation per annum (pro rata 7 months)

Central Highlands Regional Council is focused on continuous improvement and investing in its people as a result we are looking for a recruitment officer to join the team on a 7 month contract.

To be considered for this Recruitment Officer position, you’ll need to possess:

  • Proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment whilst providing exceptional customer service in an advisory capacity.
  • An ability to deliver advice or solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence in establishing your credibility with others
  • Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations in a professional manner
  • Able to interpret, analyse and understand technical or legislative information
  • Intermediate software and cloud based system skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail whilst working to deadlines in a high volume environment
  • Minimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers’ licence.
