As the Business and Customer Improvement Manager, you will form part of the T&C leadership team and play a key role in driving a continuous improvement mindset and build capability to embed methodologies and tools across the team using your hands-on and creative approach. You will have the opportunity to improve some of our key metrics including quality, productivity and enhancing our customer experience whilst enhancing business operations.
Your ability to champion change and continuous improvement with a focus on driving a customer centric culture coupled with your proven people leadership capability will ensure you are well placed for success in this role.
