What’s the focus?

Reporting into the Strategy & Architecture Chapter Lead, you will form an integral part of the IT service unit, mapping business and technical requirements with our enterprise architecture vision.  You will document and present High-Level Solution Design's to the Architecture Review Board for endorsement and collaborate with a team of Solution Architects to ensure architectural alignment across all business units.

You will demonstrate effective solution designing skills that best fit the environment, considering how all parts of the business work together including guiding business analysts with process re-engineering, application and integration architecture design.

This opportunity will give you chance to work closely with IT, Business and CN's Partner eco-system to deliver high-level solution design documents. Some of the projects you will be part of include the solution architecture and roadmap for the NSW Department of Planning, Infrastructure and Environment (DPIE) ePlanning integration mandates, governance of CN's Civic Theatre's new point-of-sale solution and the Technology One customer request management solution.

An additional key requirement of this role is to ensure all relevant initiatives obtain Architecture Review Board approval and ensure strict adherence to CN and IT Policies and Procedures.
