City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking an experienced Development Compliance Officer to join our Planning and Development team to support our Investigation team.

As a Development Compliance Officer, you will undertake evidence-based, professional and objective investigations relating to unauthorised development, non-compliance with development consents and fire safety measures within CN. 

This role will enable you to actively contribute to, review and deliver process improvements in regulatory operations, contribute positively to the multidisciplinary team and promote CN’s Regulatory processes as customer focused and best practice.
