Due to an internal staff movement, the City of Newcastle (CN) have a great opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our evolving Finance, Property & Performance team until April 2026.

As the Financial Accountant, you play a key role in our team as an expert in all things tax! Your exceptional experience will see you bring your superstar capability in ensuring integrity and accuracy for all taxation responsibilities including monthly Business Activity Statements, annual FBT return, GST, Fuel tax credits and any other taxation requirements.
