City of Newcastle (CN) is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our newly created Transformation Team to assist with the delivery of the transformation of our people, processes and systems.

As a Change Manager at CN, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organisational transformation. With a purpose to unite, inspire and transform CN and the City, you will play a key role in leading the change management efforts, developing and implementing strategies and frameworks to facilitate smooth change transitions and maximise adoption of new processes, systems and cultural shifts which will benefit CN’s employees, customers, and the organisation.

Remuneration:  $128, 874.23 + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
