As our Museum Archive Libraries & Learning (MALL) service unit transforms and expands, an exciting opportunity exists to join our evolving team. City of Newcastle (CN) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join Newcastle Museum in this newly created permanent, part time opportunity working Tuesday to Friday.
As our Museum Service Delivery Coordinator, you will work as part of the Service Delivery leadership team to plan the strategic direction of MALL and collaborate to develop and implement policies around service delivery. You will lead proactive customer centric champions and initiate process improvement that will contribute to an enhanced experience for Newcastle Museum visitors.
Leading a team of permanent staff, casuals and volunteers; this role will see you develop and support your team across a 7-day roster to provide an exceptional level of customer service to the community and drive the continual improvement of our space, services and resources.
