Are you passionate about property projects and navigating legislative landscapes? The City of Newcastle (CN) are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Projects Officer to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing various projects, including improvement or adaptive reuse of existing assets, procuring specialist consultant advice, and running expressions of interest and tenders for new leases.

You will also assist with real property dealings, overseeing acquisitions and disposals of land and buildings, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, including the Roads Act and the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act. Remuneration: $104,536.76 + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
