Opportunities in local government like this are rare! As part of our commitment to continually increase our internal IT capability and in alignment with the Newcastle 2040 Community Strategic Plan, a permanent opportunity exists for an IT Business Partner to join our team.
As the IT Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise technology initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
You will be instrumental in aligning our IT strategies with business goals and driving the successful implementation of technology solutions across CN. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop ideas (IT Demand) and propose IT projects to be assessed for inclusion in the Enterprise IT Roadmap. You will manage directly or support senior IT project managers to deliver the IT Roadmap and ensure that our technology investments deliver maximum value. Your role will involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and act as a trusted partner to the organisation.
