City of Newcastle (CN) currently has a fantastic opportunity for customer-focused casual Customer Experience Team Members to join our Civic Services team across Newcastle's iconic Civic Theatre, Playhouse, and City Hall.

As a Casual Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll work collaboratively within the team to provide our customers with a first-class live performance, function or event experience. Your primary objectives will be creating a safe, welcoming environment and providing seamless service delivery ensuring ease of movement through the venue, convenient access to services and prompt reliable information.

Together the team ensures that from arrival at the venue, all services provided to members of the audience are delivered at the highest possible standard, and that customers have the best possible experience.

Remuneration: Casual hourly rate of $39.50 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + 11.5% Superannuation.
