The City of Newcastle (CN) are seeking a compassionate and proactive Recovery & Care Coordinator to join our evolving Safety and Wellbeing team.
The vision for the People & Culture team at CN is to act as an enabler for the organisation to achieve its objectives through our people. This means ensuring appropriate investment in the internal capabilities of our people and planning our future workforce, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and wellbeing.
Based at the CN Works Depot in Waratah, you will manage the recovery process for injured employees with a focus on collaborating closely with injured individuals and their leaders to ensure a seamless and supportive return to work. The ultimate goal is to drive sustainable outcomes while fostering a caring environment.
You will have the opportunity to lead a small return to work team where your proven ability to lead and grow a high performing will ensure your continued success in this important role for our organisation.

Remuneration: $111,827.80 + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
