City of Newcastle (CN) currently has multiple casual opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced customer service superstars to join the Museum Archives Libraries and Learning (MALL) team at our many exciting locations. We are seeking empathetic and adaptive customer service professionals who strive to deliver memorable, high-quality service to the community. 

As a casual Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be a friendly touch point for Library and Museum visitors, providing them with relevant and helpful information about the exhibitions, programs, library collections, and the technology available for use. 

The Customer Service Assistant will be a strong advocate, always promoting the Museum and Library. The successful candidate will show great pride in their work and always taking initiative, ensuring the museum, libraries, and associated areas are continuously kept in a pleasant and clean state whilst projecting a positive image of City of Newcastle in a welcoming manner.
