Parks Field Supervisor

Join the City of Newcastle (CN) as a Field Supervisor and lead the transformation of our and upkeep of our beautiful floral garden displays maintaining roses and annuals within our district level parks, sports fields, and reserves. In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with Open Space Coordinators to manage the Open Space Maintenance program, focusing on horticulture, turf management, and landscape improvements.

You'll lead a dynamic team of staff, contractors, and volunteers, providing training and support to ensure outstanding service delivery while maintaining high industry standards, safety compliance, and a productive work environment. Your responsibilities include task planning, record management, promoting a positive team culture, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for the community.
