City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Library Customer Service Officer to join our Museums Archive Library and Learning (MALL) Service Unit, working 25 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Our Library Customer Service Officer provides an exceptional service experience as the first point of contact for members and visitors, delivering quality interactions and professional advice across a variety of channels whilst always projecting a positive image of City of Newcastle with a welcoming manner.
You will act and undertake all duties and responsibilities associated with being a Shift Supervisor, for example opening up, locking up, cash management, library circulatory collection management and retailing plus supervision and direction of team members on shift.
