- Permanent full-time role – 38 hours per week
City of Newcastle (CN) is now seeking a dedicated and reliable Waste Collection General Hand to assist our Waste Services team with bin positioning and the repair, maintenance, cleaning and installation of bins and associated equipment, such as enclosures and stands.
As the successful candidate you’ll also provide relief/coverage for the Waste Services team, including but not limited to, Collection Vehicle Drivers and Offsiders.
Amongst other duties you’ll ensure compliance with all RMS, statutory and CN standard operating and WHS procedures, policies and regulations, and will provide a quality service to all customers.
