A permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced Library Service Delivery Coordinator where you will be a key leader in our Library Services team. Working as part of a leadership team you will oversee customer service operations across ten dynamic library locations.

Through your work, you’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city. You’ll lead and inspire front-facing staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding experiences to our community. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you will drive the evolution of our spaces, services, and resources to meet the changing needs of library users.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating branch operations, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring our libraries remain vibrant, accessible, and responsive to community needs.

Remuneration: $111,827.80 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
