We’re looking for a Customer Experience Officer to support our Quality Assurance program and Customer Complaints Handling processes. In this role, you’ll manage daily Quality Evaluations and help administer customer complaints, working closely with the Service Unit to improve service quality. You’ll also identify areas for continuous improvement, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and supporting the CSC. This is an exciting opportunity to further strengthen our customer-focused culture and enhance trust within the community.

This role is part of the Customer Experience Service Unit and reports to the Customer Experience Advisor.

Remuneration: $82,981.04 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
