We’re looking for four Customer Service Officers to join our passionate Customer Experience Team. As the first point of contact for our community, you’ll deliver quality support across phone, digital, and face-to-face channels. Working within a supportive, high-performing team, you'll help drive a customer-first culture and contribute to service improvements that make a real difference. The Customer Service Officer reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and is a part of the Customer Experience Service Unit within the Corporate Services Directorate.

Remuneration: $78,613.20 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
