City of Newcastle's (CN) Beresfield Childcare Centre is currently seeking casual Early Childhood Educators with their Cert III to join our team.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will participate in the design and implementation of appropriate developmental programs for individual children. Working within a team, you’ll be responsible for offering meaningful learning experiences to engage children’s interests, creating and maintaining appropriate physical environments supporting their interests and activities, and utilising available materials and equipment to create learning opportunities. You’ll also act as a role model, employing appropriate strategies and techniques, as required, to guide children’s behaviour, creating a harmonious learning environment and employing child protection strategies.
