The Marketing & Creative Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the people, processes, and platforms that support the Brand & Marketing team to deliver high-impact work, on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. The role ensures the seamless end-to-end execution of marketing and creative projects and campaigns including resource allocation, workflow coordination, administration, asset management, production services, budget oversight and procurement.
The role drives operational excellence and consistency, enabling the team to focus on delivering meaningful, brand-aligned outcomes, and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. As such has this role plays a critical role in strengthening CN’s connection with its stakeholders and the broader community.

Remuneration: $123,663.63 + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
