The Programming Lead is a vital member of the Civic Theatre leadership team and is responsible for driving both financial growth and cultural influence. This strategic position is instrumental in strengthening the Theatre’s brand as a premier cultural and entertainment destination.
A key focus of the role is business development expanding the live performance venue hire portfolio across multiple sites and increasing revenue through targeted growth in venue occupancy. This is achieved by attracting a diverse range of local and national promoters and forging new commercial opportunities.
Additionally, the Programming Lead plays a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture, including the identification and development of talent, and the ongoing assessment and support of staff training and professional development needs.

Remuneration: $132,740.42 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
