A permanent opportunity for a Property Development Manager to lead high-profile projects that will shape the future of our city. This role is central to the planning and delivery of strategic land parcels and public precincts, requiring sophisticated development partnerships with both private and not-for-profit sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of these projects from early concept and feasibility through to construction and handover ensuring alignment with CN’s strategic goals at every stage.
In this position, you will lead the negotiation of transaction documents and oversee the management of ongoing development agreements. A key part of your role will involve engaging and coordinating a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes. You will also be responsible for scoping, procuring, and managing consultants to develop all necessary project documentation, including planning approvals, design packages, and construction documentation, enabling informed decision-making at critical project milestones.

Remuneration: $123,663.63 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
