City of Newcastle (CN) currently has an opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team, working across our LGA’s active and passive open space areas.

As our Field Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our Open Space Coordinators in the supervision and leading of a team to deliver the Open Space Maintenance program and improvements within City of Newcastle’s (CN) sports fields, parks and reserves. You will supervise and train employees, day labour, contractors and volunteers in all aspects of open space maintenance and demonstrate sound technical knowledge on horticultural and turf management practices while promoting a positive team environment.

Remuneration: $78,613.20 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 38-hour week
