As an Assistant Development Compliance Officer, you’ll support the Development Compliance Team by assisting with investigations into unauthorised development, non-compliance with approvals, and fire safety matters. This role involves gathering initial evidence, conducting site inspections, preparing correspondence, and providing professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work closely with experienced officers, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver fair, consistent, and efficient compliance outcomes across our city.

Remuneration: $85,470.45 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
