Ready to step up and lead from the front? We're looking for a passionate and hands on team player to take on the role of Leading Hand - Construction, supporting our Field Supervisor and guiding our crew to deliver high quality civil infrastructure and maintenance works across Newcastle. In this dynamic role, you'll mentor and train team members, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and ensure safety and quality standards are met every step of the way. From road pavements and concrete works to drainage and vegetation control, you'll be right there in the action, driving productivity, fostering team spirit, and living our CREW values. Remuneration: $70,869.33 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 38-hour week
