A permanent opportunity exists for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join the Safety and Wellbeing team. As the Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively managing the health and wellbeing of CN employees. Championing a safety-first culture and providing tools, resources and programs that improve health and wellbeing and overall organisational performance. Whilst also ensuring a focus on primary prevention, education, reducing stigma and early intervention.
You will also be a key collaborator with various service units across the organisation to create a supportive work environment that fosters a culture of health and wellness.

Remuneration: $107,672.94 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week.
