A newly created permanent opportunity has become available for a motivated and relationship‑focused Property Management Officer to join our team and help manage CN’s diverse property portfolio. This is a role where your ability to connect with people, solve problems quickly and balance commercial outcomes with community benefit will truly make an impact.
As a Property Management Officer, you will proactively manage land and building occupancy agreements across our commercial and community property assets. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainable and profitable performance of CN’s commercial holdings, while also supporting the community outcomes delivered through our community‑focused properties. Every day will bring something new, whether you are negotiating agreements, supporting tenants or ensuring our properties are being used in ways that bring value to the city.
Success in this role comes from building strong, trusted relationships. You will work closely with tenants, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly and keep things moving will help us deliver a smooth and positive experience.

Remuneration: $95,192.44 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
